We have designed our course access and completion process to be seamless and straightforward. Before making a purchase, please review the course details to ensure it aligns with your expectations. Occasionally, differences in expectations may arise, and you may feel the course does not meet your needs.

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. We will address any technical or satisfaction concerns you may have. If we cannot resolve your issue, we will provide a full refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Unused Courses
An unused course may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. An unused course is defined as a course without a completed exam.

A course with a completed exam is not eligible for refund.
​
We cannot guarantee acceptance of CE credit by any board except for the Florida Board of Cosmetology.
